Questions about official Orange County criminal records should go to the office that holds the source file. Court records belong with the Clerk in Hillsborough, Sheriff and jail files with Orange County, and town police reports with the department that responded. The routes below identify those government contacts. This privately operated site cannot accept filings or issue records.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot retrieve, change, or certify criminal records, perform an official check, or accept an Orange County expunction filing.
